Cooking Healthy Soups with Cas Dowden

Have fun while learning  new recipes and helpful cooking tips for making quick and healthy meals.  As always, participants will be encouraged to help in the kitchen for a real hands-on learning experience.  All are welcome to share the soups that have been made afterward for a light lunch with new friends.  Cas is a personal chef from Bar Harbor known for her down-home cooking.
