Description
We welcome Cas Dowden back to the Beth C. Wright Cancer Resource Center kitchen to do a cooking demonstration for the cold winter weather ahead. She will be sharing recipes for two vegetarian dishes: squash soup and a vegetarian chili. Participants will be encouraged to help in the kitchen and sample the dishes afterward. Cas is a personal chef from Bar Harbor known for her down-home cooking. This demonstration is free and open to all.
