The winter weather has many of us staying close to home. It is a time to slow down a bit and enjoy our favorite indoor activities like reading, knitting, painting, or maybe cooking! How about trying some new recipes? Chef Cas Dowden will be stirring up some “One-Pot Wonders” in the kitchen at the Beth C. Wright Cancer Resource Center.
She will welcome participants to help her prepare casseroles for the oven and stews for the stovetop. Learn some cooking tips and techniques while joining in the fun. Stay to sample the food prepared.
