Cooking with Cas - Citrus is the Star - February 19, 2020

Cas Dowden comes to the Beth C. Wright Cancer Resource Center to put a sunny twist on traditional winter-time desserts
bringing the sweet taste of citrus to the table and brightening our kitchen!

Prepare a yummy dessert with the fresh taste of citrus! Cas will demonstrate techniques for baking with oranges and lemons. Try new recipes, learn some helpful tips and have some fun in the kitchen. Participants will be encouraged to sample treats and take recipes home to try on their own.

Cas is a personal chef from Bar Harbor known for her down-home cooking.
