Chef Cas Dowden will be returning to the Beth Wright Center kitchen to do another wintertime cooking class to demonstrate how fun and easy it is to cook healthy meals at home. This session she will be cooking two healthy pasta dishes.
Description
Chef Cas Dowden is returning to the Beth C. Wright Cancer Resource Center kitchen to do another wintertime cooking class to demonstrate how fun and easy it is to cook healthy meals at home. She will be sharing recipes for a variety of pasta dishes representing different cuisines using one type of noodle.
Participants will be encouraged to help in the kitchen and sample the dishes afterward. Cas is a personal chef from Bar Harbor known for her down-home cooking.
